The Christmas movies may already be shown on TV, but it’s still festival season in these areas and there’s a lot going on in the area this weekend.
The great thing to do this weekend is Head in the Clouds in Pasadena at Brookside, the golf course adjacent to the Rose Bowl that hosted the Arroyo Seco weekend and The Cure’s Pasadena Daydream festival.
Journalist Peter Larsen has fascinating read on Head in the Clouds. He told the folks about 88rising Music Company, the music company behind the event that celebrates some of the Asian and Asian American artists of contemporary music that you must hear. Earlier this week, the festival also announced a live broadcast.
But that’s not the only major event this weekend. ComplexCon is back in Long Beach and Punk in the Park is in Orange County. Read on.
Clouds in the forecast
Head In The Clouds Festival returns for its third edition in Pasadena this weekend with Japanese Breakfast, Saweetie, Rich Brian and more.
